[Solution] After SPR measurement is used to measure a total analyte concentration, a fluorescently labeled probe is used to label a specific analyte, SPFS measurement is used to measure the concentration of said analyte, and the ratio of the amount of the specific analyte to the total analyte amount is computed from the total analyte concentration and the concentration of the specific analyte. |
