The invention relates to a safety device (20) for a photovoltaic system for feeding into a power supply system (50), comprising at least one input (21, 22) for connection to a PV generator (10) and at least one output (23, 24) for connection to an inverter (30), and comprises a switching element (29) for de-energizing the at least one output (23, 24).
