<p>Packaging for a pre-baked, dough based product, characterised in that the packaging contains at least one layer of a thermoplastic polymer that has an elongation at break at -20°C of at least 10%, measured according to ISO 527-1 (1993), using a sample according to ISO 527 Type 5A cut out of a 50 - 60 micron thick film and measured at a displacement rate of 500 mm/min, and a melting point (Tm) of at least 200 °C, measured according to ASTM D3418-08, using a heating rate of 10°C/min.</p> |
