PURPOSE: A saltern with a heat collecting plate is provided to evaporate salty water in a saltern in a short time with high efficiency through the heat collecting plate soaked in the salty water in the saltern. CONSTITUTION: A saltern with a heat collecting plate comprises: a heat collecting plate(10) and a soaking tool. The heat collecting plate is able to be immersed in salty water(7) in a saltern(5), and collects solar energy. The soaking tool immerses the heat collecting plate in the salty water in the saltern. The color of the heat collecting plate is black. The central part of the heat collecting plate is axis-connected with the saltern. The soaking tool comprises a driving motor. The driving motor is axis-connected with the central part of the heat collecting plate, moves and rotates one and the other side of the heat collecting plate up and down respectively. The soaking tool includes a cylinder, and a guiding member. The cylinder moves the heat collecting plate up and down. The guiding member guides the up and down movement of the heat collecting plate.
