FIELD: physics.SUBSTANCE: single-cycle system for heavy ion synthesis includes configuration of current multiplication processes which employs multiple isotopes to achieve the effect of distribution of current amplification between all processes in order to ease the load on any individual process.EFFECT: high energy and power of ignition driver pulses, which increases intensity of heating the target, eliminates the need for storage rings, providing flexibility for activation of multiple chambers in the most common case of different total distances between the output of a linear accelerator and each of the different chambers.13 cl, 28 dwg |
