A process for the production of Internally Plasticised Epoxide Resins

[Also in Divisions B2 and C3] Laminates are prepared by pressing, e.g. 15 kg./cm.2 and at 165‹ C. for 15 minutes, impregnated glass fibre mats. The latter are impregnated with a soln. of an internally plasticized epoxy resin obtained by reaction between a crystalline triglycidyl isocyanurate having an epoxide oxygen content of at least 14% by wt. a polyurethane prepolymer having free terminal NCO group and M.W. 800-300, and a polycarboxylic acid anhydride.
