An end block connector for a band heater is disclosed and comprises: a body that is molded over an end of the band heater and that has a multi-sectional passage. The multi-sectional passage comprises: a first section that retains the end of the band heater; and a second section that retains a lead that receives current from a power source. The band heater also comprises a retaining clip that engages with the body and that is configured to connect to another end block connector via a fastener.
