PURPOSE: A meeting service system using personal connections and a method thereof are provided to arrange a date by an introducer, thereby enabling a service applicant and a match for the service applicant to use the service based on the trust in the introducer. CONSTITUTION: A management server(400) provides personal connection route information of a match for a service applicant to an applicant terminal(100). When match selection request information from the applicant terminal is received, the management server provides the match selection request information to an introducer terminal(200). When match selection approval information is received from the introducer terminal, the management server transmits the match selection request information and the match selection approval information to a terminal of the match for the service applicant (300). When the match selection approval information from the terminal of the match is received, the management server transmits the opponent selection approval information to the applicant terminal.
