PURPOSE: A mold management device is provided to calculate and display an over-and-shortage rate of a mold of each product based on the holding amount of the mold of each product and the projected sales of each product and to control the supply and production of the mold. CONSTITUTION: A database unit(130) stores the holding amount of a mold of a product and the projected sales of the product. A control unit(140) calculates an over-and-shortage rate of the mold based on the holding amount of the mold and the projected sales of the product. A display unit(150) displays the over-and-shortage rate of the mold according to each model of the product. The database unit stores the projected sales of the product according to each period and stores the daily amount of production using the mold. The control unit calculates the periodic amount of production based on the holding amount of the mold and the daily amount of the production and compares the periodic amount of production with the projected sales of the product to calculate the over-and-shortage rate of the mold.
