摘要 PURPOSE: A device for calculating the angle of a hook for an automated crane is provided to enhance renewal rate of self-location by skipping an image pre-processing process. CONSTITUTION: A device(200) for calculating the angle of a hook for an automated crane comprises an infrared-ray emitting unit(210), a location analyzing unit(270) and an angle calculating unit(250). The infrared-ray emitting unit radiates infrared ray to the beacon unit attached to the upper part of the crane hook. The location analyzing unit analyzes the planar location of the hook from the image of the beacon responding to the infrared-ray radiated from the infrared-ray emitting unit. The angle calculating unit calculates the moving angle of the crane hook based on the location value of the crane hook analyzed by the location analyzing unit.
