PURPOSE: An electromagnetic wave interference shielding gasket performance test apparatus and an electromagnetic wave interference shielding gasket performance method are provided to choose an appropriate electromagnetic interference shielding gasket suitable for corresponding equipment and to install the appropriate electromagnetic interference shielding gasket in the equipment. CONSTITUTION: A first conductive compression unit(110) forms a groove unit in which an electromagnetic wave interference shielding gasket is inserted. A second conductive compression unit(120) faces the groove unit. An insulating pressurization unit(130) pressurizes the first conductive compression unit and the second conductive compression unit so that the electromagnetic wave interference shielding gasket inserted into the groove unit is connected with the second conductive compression unit. An insulation unit(140) covers the surface of the first conductive compression unit and the second conductive compression unit. A resistance measurement unit(150) is electrically connected with the first conductive compression unit and the second conductive compression unit and measures resistance of the electromagnetic wave interference shielding gasket inserted into the groove.
