Manufacture of cotton wool wad bags

Obviates the use of separate wad, ball or cylinder making device for each separate colour of cotton wool required. Production of bags or similar receptacles for multi-coloured cotton wool wads whereby the latter are filled from the manufacturing unit in turn fed by at least one carder passing through a unit counter; the manufacturing equipment is fed with multi-coloured lint produced from a mixture of single coloured fleece fiber in turn fed from at least one carder. At least one carder is provided which is fed through a number of textile fiber distributors with fiber tufting of various colours; the installation requires an arrangement for uniting certain single coloured fleece fibres produced by a carder to form a multicoloured lint as well as a machine for the manufacture of wads, fed with lint and in turn feeds a counting device.
