An air cleaning and humidifying apparatus is provided to improve convenience of an operator by controlling the amount of the air according to seasons and ambient conditions, and to prevent diseases due to air contamination. An air cleaning and humidifying apparatus includes a ventilation fan housing, a front side variable plate(150) and a rear side variable plate(170). The ventilation fan housing is installed on the apparatus to cover a ventilation fan(200), and includes a front inlet and a rear inlet. The font side variable plate is installed at a first flow path of the air, and opens/closes a part of the first flow path. The rear side variable plate is installed at a second flow path, and opens/closes a part of the second flow path. The air cleaning and humidifying apparatus further includes a driving part and a controller(230). The driving part includes a first and a second power parts(140,160) driving the front and the rear side variable plates. A controller controls the driving part. |
