PURPOSE: A cap inspecting device is provided to obtain stable images and to stably transfer a cap when a rotary belt of a conveying line is circulated whereby the cap is fixated to the rotary belt by air absorption. CONSTITUTION: A cap inspecting device comprises an inner rail(110), an inner star wheel(200), a first inspection module(310), an outer rail(120), and a second inspection module(320). The inner rail picks up a cap(C) through a suction which has been introduced into a device frame(100), thereby transferring the cap. The inner star wheel is installed on one side of the inner rail that is rotatable and arranges the caps on the inner rail with equal spacing. In the upper part of the inner rail, the first inspecting module inspects the inside of the cap. |
