NEW AND RENEWABLE ENERGY GENERATION SYSTEM AND ITS ANTI ISLANDING PROTECTING METHOD

PURPOSE: A new and renewable energy generation system and its anti islanding protecting method are provided to improve power quality by using a hybrid method. CONSTITUTION: An inverter(120) changes DC voltage into AC voltage. A phase fixing loop(220) calculates the phase and the frequency of the output voltage of the inverter. A phase shifter(260) produces a current phase reference value for controlling the phase of the output current of the inverter. A current regulator(360) produces a current control signal by using a current amplitude operation value. A PWM controller(400) outputs a PWM control signal to the inverter.
