PURPOSE: A solid dispersant containing tacrolimus and a method for preparing the same are provided to simplify processes and to ensure eco-friendly and bio-affinity properties. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing a solid dispersant containing tacrolimus comprises: a step of melting tacrolimus, a polymer melting base, a surfactant and forming a melting mixture; a step of cooling and solidifying the melting mixture; and a step of pulverizing the solidified mixture and preparing a solid dispersant. The polymer melting base is selected from the group consisting of polyethylene glycol, polypropylene glycol, polyvinylpyrrolidone, vinyl acetate copolymer, polyvinyl alcohol, and a polyacrylic acid polymer.
