The microscope (10) furthermore has a THz radiation source (31) for generating THz radiation, a THz camera (32) operating in the THz spectral range, and a THz imaging optical unit (33) operating in the THz spectral range and serving for illuminating the sample (11) with the THz radiation and imaging the sample (11) onto the THz camera (32).
