PURPOSE: A fluorine-coated wiper blade and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to simultaneously perform the wiping of rainwater and the scraping of an wax layer as a graphite is coated under the lower part of the wiper blade and a fluorine resin is coated in the upper part thereof. CONSTITUTION: A fluorine-coated wiper blade comprises a body(10), a graphite coated part(20), a fluorine coated part(30), and an edge part. The graphite coated part is formed by coating graphite in both sides of the lower part of a wedge part of the body. The fluorine coated part is formed by coating fluorine in both sides of the upper part of the graphite coated part. The edge part is formed at the bottom of the body to maintain frictional force so that the wiper blade can easily change directions while wiping a windshield glass.
