PURPOSE: An emotion recognition avatar media service apparatus and method thereof are provided to enable a user to participate in a main role or supporting roles through avatar established by a user by enabling the user to embody a three dimensional virtual world. CONSTITUTION: A media playback unit(220) displays media data by reproducing the media data. A media converting unit(230) converts the media data into an avatar media story of a virtual world where avatar appears. An avatar story reproduction unit(240) reproduces the avatar media story on a screen. An avatar establishment unit(250) establishes the avatar which appears in the avatar media story according to the selection of a user. |
