The reel (10) has a central portion (14) and lateral parts (16, 18) arranged at the central portion. The central portion is provided for receiving respective elongated material. Measured width of the reel is influenced by changing configuration of the central portion along a rotational axis of the reel. Multiple props (12) are rotationally and symmetrically arranged at the central portion over the rotational axis of the reel, where each prop comprises a joint unit (20) and is hingedly connected with the lateral parts. An independent claim is also included for a reel system. |
