PURPOSE: A Meat horizontal cutting apparatus is provided to enable users to horizontally cut the center of a cut of meat by using a wheel cutter located in between upper and lower transfer conveyors. CONSTITUTION: A Meat horizontal cutting apparatus includes a main body, upper and lower transfer conveyors(10, 20), a driver(40), and a wheel cutter(30). The main body includes an inlet on one side, and an outlet on the other side. The upper and lower transfer conveyors are separately and horizontally installed inside the main body. The upper and lower transfer conveyors include transfer belts for gripping a cut of meat and transferring the meat. The wheel cutter is installed in between the upper and lower transfer conveyors for cutting the meat. |
