A secondary battery is provided to prevent the fluidity of an electrode assembly in a battery case, due to the external impact such as falling, etc., thereby improving the stability of a battery. A secondary battery comprises an electrode assembly which comprises a jelly-roll type battery part(40) comprising two different electrodes and a separator interposed between the two different electrodes and electrode taps drawn from the two electrodes; cases(10,20) which have a space(21) for receiving the electrode assembly and are provided with a sealing part; and a fixing member(70) which is adhered to the battery part and is hooked between the sealing part in case of the sealing of the sealing part. |
