摘要 <p>#CMT# #/CMT# Aluminum alloy of the alloy group, comprises: 0.3-11.5 wt.% of silicon, 0.06-1.2 wt.% of magnesium, 0.05-0.9 wt.% of manganese, 0.01-0.5 wt.% of copper, 0.05-0.5 wt.% of iron, 0.05-0.25 wt.% of chromium, 0.02-0.9 wt.% of titanium, 0.05-0.3 wt.% of vanadium, 0.02-0.3 wt.% of hafnium, 0.02-0.3 wt.% of tantalum, and maximum of 0.1 wt.% of aluminum and unavoidable impurities as residues. #CMT#USE : #/CMT# The aluminum alloy is useful: for the production of an extruded, safety-relevant motor vehicle profile components (claimed); and in vehicle body structures, preferably crash management systems and chassis parts. #CMT#ADVANTAGE : #/CMT# The aluminum alloy shows: a high degree of energy absorption capability and a high absorption of deformation energy before the breaking; and a high yield strength level, a high solidification coefficient and a high symmetry- and/or breaking elongation. #CMT#INORGANIC CHEMISTRY : #/CMT# Preferred Components: The amount of silicon, magnesium, manganese, copper, iron, chromium, titanium, vanadium, hafnium and tantalum is 0.6-1.3 (preferably 0.9-1.1) wt.%, 0.4-1.2 (preferably 0.7-0.9) wt.%, 0.2-0.6 (preferably 0.3-0.5) wt.%, 0.2-0.5 wt.%, 0.2-0.5 (preferably 0.2-0.4) wt.%, 0.05-0.25 (preferably 0.05-0.15) wt.%, 0.02-0.2 (preferably 0.02-0.15) wt.%, 0.05-0.2 wt.%, 0.02-0.2 (preferably 0.02-0.15) wt.% and 0.02-0.2 (preferably 0.02-0.15) wt.%, respectively. The concentration of the elements of titanium, vanadium, hafnium and tantalum in the alloy is less than 0.4 wt.%. In the alloy, 70-times concentration of titanium and 30-times concentration of vanadium are less than 15 wt.%. In the alloy, 70-times concentration of titanium, 30-times concentration of vanadium, 10-times concentration of hafnium and 4-times concentration of tantalum are greater than 3 wt.%. #CMT#EXAMPLE : #/CMT# Typical aluminum alloy composition comprised (in wt.%) of: silicon (1); magnesium (0.8); manganese (0.4); iron (0.3); copper (0.4); chromium (0.1); titanium (0.1); vanadium (0.1); and aluminum and unavoidable impurities (balance).</p>
