A refrigerant suction guide apparatus and a scroll compressor having the same are provided to enhance compression efficiency with reduced influx of liquid refrigerant to a compression part, and to facilitate installation of the refrigerant suction guide apparatus by integrating a connection part and a baffle. A refrigerant suction guide apparatus comprises a connection part(72), and a baffle(73). One end of the connection part is connected to a suction pipe(71) which guides refrigerant into a hermetic casing(50). The baffle, provided on the other end of the connection part, is inclined to allow the refrigerant passing the connection part to circulate along the inside of the hermetic casing. The baffle is integrated with the connection part, having a cross-sectional area tapering towards an outlet. |
