FIELD: process engineering.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to heat treatment and may be used for surface quenching of cylindrical hollow bodies around cross-section periphery, in particular, bearing racers. Proposed device comprises inductor composed of interconnected copper tubes and cooling vessels. Inductor tubes are bent to makes slots to receive opposite walls of bearing racer to be fitted therein while vessel with cooling fluid is located under said inductor.EFFECT: quenching all around bearing racer, simplified design.2 dwg
