PURPOSE: A machine for automatically assembling a gasket is provided to improve productivity as a process of fixing the cover of a gasket head and a process of inserting the gasket are performed through an automated process after the gasket and head cover are set in order. CONSTITUTION: A machine for automatically assembling a gasket comprises a gasket block(12), a pusher plate(14), a linear motion plate(17), a cylinder(18), a plurality of clamp blocks(19), and a clamping cylinder(20). A head cover is placed on the gasket blocks, and the gasket is hung on the periphery. A pusher(13) is mounted on the pusher plate, and is placed along the track shaped same as the gasket. The pusher pushes up the gasket when the pusher plate moves up. The linear motion plate is supported by a linear motion guide(15a), and moves back and forth. A link member(16) moves up the pusher plates when the linear motion plate moves forward. The cylinder moves the linear motion plate back and forth. The clamp blocks are supported by a linear motion guide(15b), and fixes the head cover and gasket by moving forward. The clamping cylinder moves each clamp block back and forth. |
