PURPOSE: A 5-membered hetero aryl-substituted phthalazinone derivative and a pharmaceutical composition containing the same are provided to prevent or treat MCH receptor-1-associated diseases. CONSTITUTION: A 5-membered hetero aryl-substituted phthalazinone derivative is denoted by chemical formula 1. In chemical formula 1, a to e are each C(carbon), N(nitrogen), S(sulfur) or O(oxygen). A method for preparing 5-membered hetero aryl-substituted phthalazinone derivatives comprises: a step of a compound of chemical formula 2 with piperidine compounds of chemical formula 3 under the presence of organic solvent and base by alkylation. A pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating MCH receptor-1-associated diseases contains the derivatives and pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof as an active ingredient.
