PURPOSE: An organic light-emitting element material and an organic light-emitting element are provided to provide thermosetting properties of a compound by including a compound of the chemical formula one which has more than one layer among an organic layer or a compound which is introduced with a thermosetting property or photopolymer functional group and enhance the lifetime property of the element. CONSTITUTION: An organic light-emitting element using an organic light-emitting element material comprises a compound and a first electrode(2), a second electrode(4) and an organic layer comprises of over one layer including a light-emitting layer arranged between the first electrode and the second electrode. More than one layer among the organic layer comprises a compound of below a chemical formula one or dibenzothiophene compound introduced thermosetting property or photocurable property functional group. Chemical formula 1 L 1 is a substituted fluorenylene group which is substituted with an arylene group of carbon number 6 to 40 or an alkyl group. R_1 is substituted to hydrogen, an alkyl group of a carbon number one to twenty, an alkoxy group of carbon number one to twenty, or an alkyl group of carbon number one to twenty or an alkoxy group of the carbon number one to twenty or is a non-substituted arylene group of carbon number 6 to 12 R_2 and R_3 are different. The organic layer comprises a hole injection layer(5), a hole transport layer (6-1), a hole transport layer (6-2), a light emitting layer(7), and an electron transport layer(8). At least one of the hole transport layer comprises a compound represented by the chemical formula 1. |
