PURPOSE: A water tank panel lined with a polyethylene resin layer is provided to apply only a PE(polyethylene) resin layer, a high elastic adhesive layer, and a nonwoven fabric to the inner wall surface of a concrete water tank, thereby preventing corrosion and rust on the panel by water stored for a long time, and microorganism inhabitation by sphagnum. CONSTITUTION: A water tank panel lined with a polyethylene resin layer includes a wall(100), a primer layer(200), a high elastic adhesive layer(300), a nonwoven fabric(400), and a PE(polyethylene) resin layer(500). The inner wall surface of the water tank is formed by the walls including edge treated portions with prescribed curvatures. The primer layer is formed in between the wall and the high elastic adhesive layer, and flattens the inner wall surface in order to maximize an adhesive strength on the high elastic adhesive layer. The high elastic adhesive layer is formed on the upper side of the primer layer. The nonwoven fabric adheres to the high elastic adhesive layer. The high elastic adhesive layer and the PE resin layer closely adhere to each other through the nonwoven fabric. The PE resin layer adheres to the upper side of the nonwoven fabric, and the edge treated portion is lined with the nonwoven fabric. |
