PURPOSE: A temperature control apparatus and a temperature controlling method are provided to control an indoor temperature by using not only indoor temperature information but also external state information. CONSTITUTION: A power providing server(200) provides power. A temperature control device(100) is connected to the power providing server and controls an indoor temperature by receiving control information from the power providing server. A remote controller(400) controls the indoor temperature through a temperature adjuster(300) with the control information by transmitting temperature information set by a user to the temperature control device.
