PURPOSE: A porosity patch type cosmetic composition and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to apply various active ingredients for skin care. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a porosity patch type cosmetic composition comprises: a step of dispersing and emulsifying an oil phase in an aqueous phase in which water dispersion polymers are dissolved and preparing an emulsion solution; and a step of freeze-drying the emulsion solution in a matrix form. The oil phase contains volatile oil, emulsion, and active ingredients for skin care. The water dispersion polymer is a combination of collagen or modified collagen and a water dispersion polymer selected from a natural water dispersion polymer and a synthetic water dispersion polymer.
