PURPOSE: A mortar exfoliation device for recycled aggregates using a multiplexed screen board is provided to increase the number of contacts among the recycled aggregates and components of the device, and to increase the frictions among the recycled aggregates, thereby enhancing exfoliation performance. CONSTITUTION: A mortar exfoliation device for recycled aggregates using a multiplexed screen board using a multiplexed screen board comprises a main frame(10), a cylindrical drum(20), a multiplexed screen board(30), and a mixer(40). The main frame is formed by a square frame. The cylindrical drum has a fixed gradient on the main frame to be rotated by a driving device(21). The multiplexed screen board includes annular frames(26) which are arranged at regular intervals in the longitudinal direction of the cylindrical drum and integrated with the cylindrical drum; brackets(27) which are installed on the annular frames; and multiple disc screens(31) installed on the annular frames by the brackets. A space(22) is formed between the cylindrical drum and each disc screen. The size of the space and screen holes(31) formed on the each disc screen becomes gradationally smaller from the inlet toward the outlet of the device. The mixer includes a central axis(41) which passes through the centers of the disc screens; both ends which are rotatably supported by the main frame; and mixing wings(42) mounted on the central axis at regular intervals. The mixer rotates within the cylindrical drum driven by the driving device connected to the central axis. |
