PURPOSE: A reference voltage circuit is provided to generate a low reference voltage with a low temperature dependency by including a band gap generating circuit. CONSTITUTION: A reference voltage circuit outputs a constant voltage based on a voltage difference between two PN junctions(401,402) and includes a band gap voltage generating circuit(100) and a division circuit(101). The band gap voltage generating circuit outputs a voltage based on one PN junction and a current based on the voltage difference between two PN junctions. The division circuit divides a voltage, corrects the divided voltage by a current, and outputs the corrected voltage as a reference voltage. |
