NON-VOLATILE MEMORY DEVICE, READ METHOD OF DATA IN THE SAME AND RECORDING MEDIUM

PURPOSE: A nonvolatile memory device, a data reading method thereof, and a recording medium are provided to reduce read errors by increasing margin between two states in a data recovery read process. CONSTITUTION: A data read command about an N-th word line is received(S110). It is checked whether the N-th word line is the final word line(S120). If the N-th word line is the final word line, the N-th word line is normally read. It is checked whether the (N+1)-th word line is programmed(S150). If the (N+1)-th word line is programmed, a data recovery read operation is performed(S160). If the (N+1)-th word line is not programmed, a normal read operation is performed(S130).
