PURPOSE: An optical member, a display device having the same and a method for fabricating the same are provided to reduce the size of a void in a first region. CONSTITUTION: An optical member(400) includes an accommodating part(410), a host(440), and optical conversion particles(430). The host is arranged in the accommodating part. The optical conversion particles are arranged in the host. A first void(441) having a first length is formed in a first region. A second void(442) having a second length is formed in a second region.
