PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a secondary battery is provided to provide a secondary battery with a flow protection structure of a cell assembly without reducing energy density of a secondary battery. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a secondary battery comprises: a step of preparing a cell assembly(330) in which a positive and negative electrode(332,334) is electrically connected to the positive and negative electrode tab(333,335) of each unit cell, respectively; a step of loading the cell assembly between upper and lower pouch films(310,320); a step of thermosetting peripheral sites of the upper and lower pouch film in order to expose parts of the positive electrode lead and negative electrode lead; and a step of forming a thermosetting pattern(510,520,530) between cell assembly edge and a thermosetting line(500) in the side where the positive electrode or negative electrode lead is arranged. |
