PURPOSE: A spiro carbazole compound is provided to function as various roles in an organic electric device and a terminal and to enable use as a host material of phosphor dopants with various colors. CONSTITUTION: A compound is represented by chemical formula (1). An organic electric device comprises an organic material layer including the compound. The compound forms the organic material layer through a solution process. The organic electric device is an organic electroluminescence device in which a first electrode, a monolayered or multilayered organic material layer, and a second electrode are successively laminated. |
