PURPOSE: An apartment house including a parking system for obtaining each household parking space is provided to reduce friction with parking and to prevent crime by obtaining a sufficient parking space. CONSTITUTION: An apartment house including a parking system comprises a parking space(100) for each household, a vehicle elevator(200), and a charging means. The vehicle elevator is installed in a rear part of a building for movement of the vehicle from one layer to the other layer. The parking space is formed between residential space(10) and a wall(14). The charging means is installed in one side of the parking space in order to charge a battery of an electric vehicle.
