PURPOSE: A hybrid functional antibacterial washing water-tissue is provided to enhance excellent stability to skin, to facilitate removing impurities remaining on the skin and pathogenic microorganism, and to provide excellent antibacterial and moisturizing properties. CONSTITUTION: A hybrid functional antibacterial washing water-tissue comprises a porous antibacterial functional tissue that is formed by mixing 15%(weight ratio) of dock pulp paper liquid of pounded fabric, 15%(weight ratio) of a jade powder that is finely ground to 300 mesh, and 15%(weight ratio) of a biotite powder to prepare a paper mixture, mixing 20%(weight ratio) of green tea extract in a powder from as a natural plant extract to the paper mixture, and then pounding and drying the mixture. An antibacterial functional tissue formed with an embossing part can be formed by tough and soft two-surfaces of embossing surface including one surface that has a good-feeling surface which is soft and lubricate, and the other surface which can absorb oil quickly and provides a gentle surface friction of a tough embossing surface. Then, a functional washing composition of a high functional natural material is absorbed to the functional tissue to form a composite functional washing water-tissue comprising a phytogenic antibacterial moisturizing material harmless to a human body.
