PURPOSE: A paste composition for ulcer treatment including honey and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve properties of cohesive property, transparency, sterilization, and storability. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of paste composition for ulcer treatment comprises the following steps: manufacturing aqueous solution by dissolving biocompatible polymer in purified water(1 step); forming a gel state sheet by pouring aqueous solution into a tray(2 step); irradiating radiation in the aqueous solution(3 step); The step of examining the radiation in the gel state sheet of 2 step (3 step). In step 1, weight ratio of biocompatible polymer mixed in the purified water is 1 to 50 weight% based on whole aqueous solution. In step 1, weight ratio of the honey mixed in is 1 to 30 weight% based on whole aqueous solution. The preservative of 1 step is methylparaben, ethylparaben, propylparaben, butylparaben, sobutylparaben or phenoxyethanol. The weight ratio of preservative mixed in is 0.01-0.1weight% based on whole aqueous solution 0.01~0.1 weight%. In step 3, the radiation is gamma-ray, ultraviolet ray, or electronic beam. An amount of the radiant exposure is 2-200 kGy. |
