CONSTITUTION: A recator control system(200) comprises a reactor adjusting system(220). The reactor adjusting system controls a control rod drive mechanism control system(240). A load following operation system(100) clarifies a model of a reactor system and shows in a numerical model. The load following operation system uses a general predictive control technique. The load following operation system determines an insertion and output speed and a direction of a control rod.
