PURPOSE: A reactor coolant mean temperature and an automatic reactor control system for an output distribution control are provided to use load following operation responsibility system, thereby improve the performance of the load following operation. CONSTITUTION: A recator control system(200) comprises a reactor adjusting system(220). The reactor adjusting system controls a control rod drive mechanism control system(240). A load following operation system(100) clarifies a model of a reactor system and shows in a numerical model. The load following operation system uses a general predictive control technique. The load following operation system determines an insertion and output speed and a direction of a control rod.
