PURPOSE: A portable air filter is provided to allow replacement of two or more filter carridges for filtering inhaled air and to enable a user to check level of inhaled air contamination or cleanness, electric energy, when to replace a filter cartridge in naked eyes. CONSTITUTION: A portable air filter comprises a filtering unit; a mask(20), and a relay hose(30). The filtering unit comprises a case(11) and two or more filter cartridges(12). The case has an inner receptor(111) and a front side external air inhaler(112) connected to the inner receptor. The filter cartridge is arranged side by side to the inner receptor of the case. The mask covers mouth and nose of a user. The relay hose interconnects a case back side of the filtering unit and the mask. The case can be replaced with a filter cartridge through an opened cover by further including an opening part(113) formed at an upper part of the case to be connected with the inner receptor and an open/close cover(114) that is hinged around the opening part. A first sensor for measuring air polluting concentration and a second sensor for measuring air cleaness are each disposed at a front region of a front side filter cartridge and a rear region of a back side filter cartridge in the inner receptor of the case, respectively. |
