PURPOSE: An optical sheet and a method for manufacturing the same, a backlight unit and a liquid crystal display device using the same are provided to improve brightness by using an optical sheet having an irregular pattern. CONSTITUTION: An optical sheet(121b) includes a base film(240) and an optical part(250). The optical part includes a first slope surface, a second slope surface, a ridge(252), and a groove(254). The first slope surface is symmetrical to the second slope surface. The ridge has an irregular wave shape.
