PURPOSE: A stator, a manufacturing method thereof, an electric motor having the same, an electric vehicle having an electric motor are provided to prevent the damage of an insulation layer by inserting a hair pin coil into a stator core in a spiral form and forming an insulation layer only in an exposed area. CONSTITUTION: A stator core(161) has multiple slots(165). Multiple coils(171) are inserted into the slot. The middle part of the coil is curved. The first part of the coil belonging to the slot of the stator core is a spiral shape in which an insulation layer is not coated. The second part of the coil not belonging to the slot of the stator core includes an insulation layer coated on a conductor.
