PURPOSE: A humidifier air-purifier disk and a disk manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve the humidifying effect of the humidifier air-purifier applied by the disk which generates a plurality of moisture containing holes on the surface formed by a sandblast work after the molding of the disk. CONSTITUTION: A humidifier air-purifier disk includes an upper case(2), a lower case(4), a disk assembly(16), a inhalation fan and a drive motor. The upper case comprises an inlet and a vent. The lower case is detachably connected to the upper case and installed with a water tank inside. The disk assembly is rotatably installed in the water tank with a part of the disk assembly sunken in the water contained in the water tank. The inhalation fan inhales the indoor air from the side of the disk assembly by the operation of a fan motor. The drive motor rotates the disk assembly. The disk assembly is composed of multiple disks installed with a constant space each other, wherein the surfaces of both sides of each disk are formed with a plurality of moisture containing grooves.
