PURPOSE: A network access control system and a method thereof are provided to efficiently process group and individual access control by minimizing the load of a network access system. CONSTITUTION: A network access server(104) receives a packet from a terminal. The network access server determines whether the packet is transmitted from an individual access control target terminal or not. An individual access control server(106) receives the packet transmitted from the individual access control target terminal from the network access server.
