PURPOSE: A flatting working device for concrete floor construction additionally including a levelness distributor is provided to be efficiently applied to flatting work in a place in which concrete placing state is not good by firstly performing the flatting work with the levelness distributor. CONSTITUTION: A flatting working device for concrete floor construction comprises a vibration work plate(12), a first flatting unit(10), a second flatting unit(20), and a traction unit(30). The first flatting unit evenly hardens a bottom surface, and the second flatting unit performs smooth finishing flatting work. A levelness distributor is installed in front of the first flatting unit and evenly spreads mortar while residues are discharged to one side. The levelness distributor performs pre-flatting work, and the first flatting unit and the second flatting unit perform the finishing flatting work.
