PURPOSE: A building structure for a plant factory of a tree shape is provided to maximize the role of being a landmark and to allow people easy access to the building space unit used for the plant factory with the structure suspended to a truss member. CONSTITUTION: A building structure(100) for a plant factory comprises a core unit(110), a truss member(130), a building space unit(150), a damper member(170), and an aerogenerator(190). The building space unit forms a lower part opening layer, and a green panel is installed in an external wall while comprising a plant factory inside. A load of the building space unit is transferred to a core unit with the truss member. The damper member is installed in between the core and the building space unit and absorbs an external impact. The aerogenerator is included in an upper part of the truss member and is used for generating self-power for the building.
