PURPOSE: A black box for connecting to a smart phone is provided to offer various application functions to a user by connecting to the smart phone. CONSTITUTION: A video and audio input unit(120) receives video and voice. A control module(110) stores an accident fact in a storage unit(160) and determines a vehicle accident according to sensing information of a sensor unit(130). The control module transmits a signal related to the vehicle accident to a set telephone number by using a wireless communication module(152). A broadcasting reception unit(140) receives DMB(Digital Media Broadcasting) and GPS(Global Positioning Service) information. An output unit(170) outputs a video or an audio signal.
