PURPOSE: A mass-distribution processing device using a message bus and a method thereof are provided to maximize resource utilization by finding an optimal distributed server for a process request by placing the message bus on the center and managing a process for the distributed server. CONSTITUTION: A message bus management unit(123) sets basic information about a distribution server(132) and tasks executed by current processors and confirms the availability of the processors of the distribution server in order to determine the priority of the processors. A message bus(122) manages the distribution server through a message according to the settings, controls the processors in the distribution server having high priority to execute a request of a client, and receives processing data. A data processing unit(121) requests the request of the client to the message bus and delivers the processing data transmitted to the message bus to the client.
